This machine is capable of producing up to 30-60 industry standard N95 Cup face masks every minute. This process is fully automated, and the product parameters are easily controlled and monitored by the operating system. Our automated machine continuously assembles 5 layers of non-woven fabric in the following process:

• Unwinding rolls of the non-woven web and aligning the materials
• Molding the mask profile
• Cutting the mask profile out of the material
• Attaching the nose pieces automatically
• Placing and welding the elastic head straps
• Printing NIOSH label
• Remote monitoring for daily production and machine support
• Placing nose foam piece
• Made in USA
