SHARPERTEK AUTOMATED DISPOSABLE MASK MAKING MACHINE
This machine is capable of producing 6-10 industry standard disposable face masks every minute. This process is semi-automated, and the product parameters are easily controlled and monitored by the operating system. Our machine continuously assembles 1 layer of non-woven fabric in the following process:

• Unwinding rolls of the non-woven web and aligning the materials
• Heat molding the material into the required mask shape
• Ultrasonically sealing and cutting the mask profile into the material
• Operator moves the masks to a rotary station
• Operator places a single elastic band around the mask and attaches the aluminum nose bridge
• The rotary machine indexes and folds flaps over the elastic band
• The flaps are ultrasonically welded onto the mask, sealing the elastic ear bands to the mask
