All products Have Warranty: We offer 1 year warranty against manufacturers' defects. Ultrasonic cleaner has 30 Day money back guarantee and 1 to 2 years warranty depending on the model; Buyer pays return shipping. Warranty covers first year parts and labor and second year parts only.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

Returns and exchanges: 30 day return policy; Exchanges will not incur any re-stocking fees. Returns will incur 7% re-stocking fee. Buyer pays for shipping.

To return an item: Please send an email to: Sales@Sharpertek.com. and we will send you details on how to return the product. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior email consent, and will be returned back to sender at buyers expense. To return an item: Refunds within 15 days of purchase date and should accompany original receipt and everything that was in the package when you have first received it. We cannot give you credit back if the manual, or the manufacturer's packaging is lost.

MAKE SURE ALL PACKAGES ARE FULLY INSURED BY CARRIER. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE YOU WILL HAVE TO SETTLE WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY. IN ORDER FOR US TO BE LIABLE FOR THE PACKAGE YOU WILL HAVE TO PRODUCE A PROOF OF DELIVERY PROVIDED TO YOU BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY THAT DELIVERED THE PACKAGE TO US.

MAKE SURE ALL PACKAGES ARE WELL PROTECTED AGAINST ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE.
